These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of autostorages.com and the services of Auto Storages (Automated Storage), operated by Auto Hunting LLC ("Auto Storages," "we," "us," or "our"), including calls and text messages we send or receive on behalf of the self-storage facilities we serve. By using our website or services, or by agreeing to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Auto Storages provides call answering, texting, lead follow-up and remote management tools (conversational AI, automations, entry points and reporting) for self-storage facilities and their tenants. Your storage rental itself is governed by your rental agreement with the facility; these Terms do not change that agreement.
Accounts
Facility owners and staff who sign in to our command center are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for activity under their accounts. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
SMS Terms
These SMS Terms apply to text messages from Auto Hunting LLC, doing business as Auto Storages (Automated Storage).
- Program name: Auto Storages tenant messaging.
- Program description: Auto Storages, operated by Auto Hunting LLC, sends two optional types of text messages. Account and service messages go to tenants and prospective tenants about their account and rental: move-in details and gate codes, rental confirmations, payment reminders and receipts, past-due, lien and auction notices, insurance and account notices, and replies to support questions. Marketing messages, such as promotions and unit availability, are sent only to people who separately agree to receive them.
- Opt-in and consent: you opt in on our SMS opt-in form by entering your mobile number and checking the box for each type of message you want. Account and service messages and marketing messages are separate, optional checkboxes that are unchecked by default. Consent covers messages from Auto Storages, operated by Auto Hunting LLC, only. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting a unit or of any purchase. We keep a record of that consent.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your account activity and requests.
- Rates: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- Opt out and help: reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email support@autostorages.com. Replying STOP stops further texts after one confirmation message. You can rejoin by replying START, or reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, or using them to send unlawful, harassing or unsolicited messages.
Intellectual property
The website, software and content provided by Auto Storages are owned by Auto Hunting LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or resell them without our permission.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that calls, messages or the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or delivered within any specific time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Hunting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
